Mr Kiran Karnik, president Nasscom (National Association of Software and Service Companies) called for setting up of fast track and special courts for speedy disposal of cyber crimes. He said: "We are recommending setting up of fast track and special courts for dealing with cyber crimes since conviction of the criminal is more important than the severity of the punishment".

According to Karnik, India is safer compared to other countries but still there is a need to expedite conviction to deal with the menace. The fast track and special courts will help in dealing with the cyber crime.
