Last week, a man was arrested in Delhi for creating fake webpage of SpiceJet Airlines Company and collecting fake payments to the tune of Rs 6 Lakhs in the name of fake bookings and job applications. The crime was detected after SpiceJet started receiving complaints from customers, which lead them to approach kolkatta Cyber Crime Detective Cell. Today the accused was produced before court in Kolkatta and has been remanded to Police Custody till July 31.
