Debbie Foster, was accused by the RIAA of copyright infringement back in November 2004. It was reported that the Internet account paid for by Debbie Foster was used for file sharing, with an unspecified number of songs downloaded. She was asked to pay $5,000 for out-of-court settlement. But she rather decided to contest the case. She asked the RIAA to provide specific dates of Downloads and the files involved. But RIAA failed to provide any such information.... had to drop the case.
